Shradha Goenka, Managing Director, holds a Ph.D. in the field of biosciences from the Centre for Cellular and Molecular Biology, the premiere institute of the country. In her years of research, Dr. Goenka has not only gained integrated knowledge in molecular biology, biophysics and proteomics, but has also come to understand the working environment of laboratories in India. This provided the stimulus for her to set up Biotech Desk Pvt. Ltd., a company that would provide hassle free and timely delivery of biochemicals, labware and technical support needed to expedite Indian research.

Manish Sharma, co-founder of Biotech Desk Pvt. Ltd. is the Business Manager and Strategist. He has a sound knowledge of the market and a formidable customer base in the country. His experience of 4 years in Life Technologies Inc. (GIBCO BRL), has equipped him with marketing skills and the ability to design business plans and promotions. He has a post-graduate degree Biotechnology, a background that aids in technical understanding of the products to be marketed.
