BAC libraries are delivered as frozen BAC clones in 96 or 384 well plates and include barcode labels, a complete report and information about working with your BAC clones. Whole Genome Profiling (WGP) is a technology invented and developed in partnership with Amplicon Express and KeyGene NV. Using cleverly pooled BAC clones and Illumina GAII sequencing, Amplicon delivers DNA sequence based BAC contigs for your whole genome!
