The DuraScribe® Kit synthesizes RNase-resistant RNA for a variety of applications, including RNA interference (RNAi), antisense RNA studies, and RNA aptamers. In a recent report by Wheeler et al., the kit was used to prepare aptamer-siRNA chimeras to study inhibition of HIV-1 transmission in vitro and in tissue explants.
