This is a smart construct design interface to make building DNA constructs easy. A simple 3 step process of Insertion– of DNA at desired sites; Fusion– of Tag of your interest and Replacement– of any unwanted sites by site of your interest, helps you to design construct as per your experimental requirement. You can use this tool without any license fee. Tool enables you to create plasmid map for design and also annotate the DNA sequence. The tool also has steps to check for errors and eliminate them. Using this tool also lets you access databases of Genscript that are updated on day-to-day basis.
