The head office is located at Hyderabad which is located strategically in the centre of India giving it easy approach to the North, South, East and West. We have divided India into 5 zones for the ease of business which are:
We have a staff of 18 with 6 dedicated sales staff located at Delhi, Kolkata, Hyderabad, Bangalore and Pune. At the head office we have a technical support specialist who attends to customer queries and complaints. Our sales staff personally visits other towns and cities covering most areas. We also work with local distributors in remote areas where frequent visits may not be possible. We have rate contracts in many academic labs throughout India.
