We have a staff of 18 with 6 dedicated sales staff located at Delhi, Kolkata, Hyderabad, Bangalore, Lucknow and Pune. At the head office we have a technical support specialist who attends to customer queries and complaints. Our sales staff personally visits other towns and cities covering most areas. We also work with local distributors in remote areas where frequent visits may not be possible. We have rate contracts in many academic labs throughout India.
