Rockland’s TrueBlot is a horseradish peroxidase conjugated secondary antibody, which enables unhindered detection of blotted target bands. This product line from Rockland enables researchers to get clear, best-quality data in individual Immunoprecipitation (IP) and Western Blots (WB).
TrueBlot preferentially detects the native disulfide form of mouse IgG or rabbit IgG, making it ideal for IP and WB protocols involving blotting of immunoprecipitated proteins. It reduces interference by the ~55 kDa heavy and ~23 kDa light chains of the immunoprecipitating antibody in IP/immunoblotting applications, making the data even more accurate. TrueBlot is also ideal for studying post-translational protein modifications, including phosphorylation or protein-protein interactions.
TrueBlot products solve nearly all heavy/light chain blotting, contamination and ongoing interference through increased sensitivity, less background noise, and enhanced accuracy.
Available in several options, from IP Agarose Beads alone, to complete IP/Western Blot for Epitope tag kits from goat, mouse, rabbit or sheep.
