These kits contain modified nucleosides, such as pseudouridine (Ψ) and/or 5-methylcytidine (m5C) in place of the corresponding U or C canonical nucleosides.
INCOGNITO RNA for various genes such as KLF4, LIN28, cMYC, SOX2 have been transfected into fibroblasts and keratinocytes and resulted in highly efficient generation of induced pluripotent stem cells. This has possible applications in regenerative medicine and immunotherapies.
